WINDOW CLEANING

Residential services include interior and exterior window washing, including storm windows, sky lights, screens, and window sill vacuuming and cleaning. Our window cleaners use our special window cleaning solution with a cotton scrubbing wand or natural sponge to wash the glass. Then they use the tool of the trade, a window cleaning squeegee to remove the water from the glass. This leaves the glass streak and haze free. Any excess water is wiped off the window frames and sills and the screens or storm windows are put back into place. Our basic service includes washing the glass only. Screen washing and window sill vacuuming and cleaning are offered for an additional cost. If you request to have paint removed from the glass there is an additional charge depending on the amount of paint to be removed. Usually we schedule two to three weeks in advance and have morning or afternoon appointments. Getting on our schedule in one to three days is sometimes possible. One service person can handle most jobs , in some cases we send two men if the job is large, has large picture window storms, or requires a 40' ladder to reach the high ones. GUTTER CLEANING

Whether your home is large or small we can clean the gutters. We recommend that you clean your gutters at least twice a year if you have trees close to your house. Once in the spring and once in the fall. This will prevent rain from overflowing and standing water and debris from freezing in the winter. In some cases additional cleanings are necessary. We will remove all leaves and debris form the gutters and downspouts. Then we will flush them out as needed with water from a garden hose. All the leaves and debris are cleaned up and disposed of. Regular maintenance cleanings is the best way to prevent water damage to your home. If you are thinking of having your windows cleaned make sure you get the gutters cleaned first.
